Apinya Consulting was conceived to share the learned knowledge and experiences of Telecoms and Technology use in the Property Services Industry. We collaborate with Facility Managers, Building Managers, Strata Managers and Strata Committees, and assist them to optimise the day to day management of building operations.
We assist to create and maintain safe and healthy environments for all residents and tenants. This is done by providing the right information for our clients to make informed decisions, implement technological improvements and advances, to create “Smart Buildings”.
Apinya Consulting can provide an audit of current telecoms and technology infrastructure and technologies used. We provide advice and recommendations for various services and solutions that will allow your building to operate optimally.
Past projects have encompassed Lift Emergency Phone migrations from PSTN to 4G technologies, CCTV Systems, Mobile Repeater/DAS Systems, Voice and Data Cabling and other solutions outlined in Services and Solutions section.
For major projects, key suppliers and integrators are engaged to undertake complex cabling and installation projects. Clients are given the assurance that installations, maintenance and on-going management is provided by licensed and certified technicians who adhere to critical Work, Health and Safety compliances.
Apinya Consulting’s Principal Consultant has over 20 years of telecoms and technology experience and knowledge ensures a high level of rapport with all clients to develop long term consultative relationships, thus becoming a trusted adviser and preferred supplier.
